TERMS OF SERVICE
I. TIMELINE AND SCOPE OF WORK
• The artist will submit the sketch of the commission piece and await for the client's remarks and approval.
• The final commissioned piece will be completed within the specified timeframe indicated on the commission sheet.
• If the client requires the piece sooner than the stated duration, an additional payment will be necessary.
• The final commissioned piece will consist of fully rendered artwork, provided in both PNG format (with transparent and solid background) and JPG format, or other format opted by the client.II. PAYMENT
The artist only accepts payments through GCASH.The artist requires :
- a 50% down payment prior to the initial sketch, followed by the remaining 50% before handing in the commission; or
- the total Commission Fee upfront.The artist has the flexibility to determine whether or not to offer discounts on the total payment.The artist will provide the payment details privately.Refunds for commissioned piece will not be granted.III. REVISIONS
• The artist will send a sample of the commissioned piece and await for the client's approval and remarks before sending all the final files.
• two (2) minor revisions after the delivery of the final files are free of charge, while additional or major revisions will incur a 10% additional fee.IV. COPYRIGHT AND REPRODUCTIONThe artist reserves the following rights :
• To include the commissioned work in portfolios, online profiles/pages, and commission sheets, among other platforms.
• To claim ownership of the commissioned piece.The commissioner and other parties are NOT allowed to :
• Include the commissioned work in their portfolios, online profiles/pages, and commission sheets, among other platforms (unless exclusive contract is provided).
• Reproduce the artwork for merchandise purposes, such as prints and t-shirts.
• Modify, edit, or repurpose the commissioned piece (unless exclusive contract is provided).
• Claim ownership of the commissioned piece.This artwork is solely for PERSONAL USE. Unauthorized reproduction of this artwork, without proper permission or evidence of its use for Commercial Purposes, will be considered a violation of REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8293 or the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines. The artist retains all rights to the artworks.
